The story originated from a video (archived here) where it was published on TikTok by radarukrr on April 7, 2023, under the title "ZSU counteroffensive has begun." It opened:

A few accounts promote the same message with thousands of views, however, the official counterassault has not been announced as of April 27, 2023. Moreover, in his interview with the Japanese newspaper The Yomiuri Shimbun, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that Ukraine is unable to begin a counteroffensive campaign due to a lack of weapons and ammunition.
